Q. What does it cost to use National Dental Plan?
No interest ever and a small deposit on the day. You pay an Establishment Fee of $70 to set up the account (the repeat purchase fee is only $22) and a $8 monthly fee. The Establishment Fee is spread over the term of the payment plan. You can also make additional repayments or pay your plan out early with no payout fees.

Q. How much can I be approved up for?
When you apply, we assess your application and you can be approved for up to $12,000.
Q. Do I have to make a deposit?
The standard deposit is 20%. If you are a humm VIP customer you may be approved for a lower or 0% deposit.
Q. How often do I have to make repayments?
Payments are debited fortnightly from your nominated bank account or credit card.
Q. What if I miss a repayment?
You will have the Direct Debit reattempted on the same day that the bank notifies us that it has been unsuccessful. If the payment is further unsuccessful, we will attempt to communicate with you via phone, email, SMS and mail to re-establish the payment plan.
Q. Can I pay out my agreement early?
Yes, and there are no extra fees for early payment.
Q. How do I apply for National Dental Plan?
Our application process is simple and efficient and only takes a few minutes to complete. You need a bank account or credit card we can debit payments from and must meet our basic criteria:
- 18+ yrs, Australian citizen/permanent resident with driver’s licence
- Employed/self-employed 30+ hrs/wk or Aged/Veteran pensioner

We are preferred providers for the following health funds. As a preferred provider you will be entitled to the maximum allowable benefit from your health fund for all services at our practice.
Whilst we are preferred providers for the above health funds, we accept all health funds and are able to claim on the day if the patient brings their health insurance card. We also accept Department of Veteran Affairs & Medicare patients who can also claim on the day if they present the relevant cards.
