The following terms and conditions relate to our regular treatments and selected promotions we will run from time to time. This page is updated regularly as our promotions change so please check back regularly.
General Terms & Conditions
- All promotions are individual and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions.
- Where indicated, promotions may be used in conjunction with your private health insurance benefits.
- Patients must bring their private health insurance card to any appointment for use during the appointment for immediate deduction of health care benefits.
- Patients need to be deemed dentally fit or deemed appropriate before receiving treatment, including but not limited to all whitening, Invisalign, cosmetic and major dental treatments.
- Patients with no private health insurance will be provided separate quoting. This quoting may also differ from the terms and conditions that usually apply with No GAP/discounted offers or promotions.
- All surgical or dental procedures carry risks. Before proceeding, you may consider seeking a second opinion and/or consult your GP or appropriately qualified health practitioner.
- All offers may only be individually redeemed once in any 12 month period unless specifically stated differently.
No Gap Kids
- No Gap Kids applies to all children that are covered by private health insurance we have preferred provider status with, up to and including the age of 17.
- No Gap only applies to preventative treatments incl. exam/check ups, cleans, x-rays & fluoride.
- Once a patients insurance limits/benefits are reached, full payment (GAP) will be required.
- We have Preferred Provider status with Medibank, HBF, HCF, NIB and CBHS.
- No Gap means that there will be no additional balance of payment after any health insurance benefit is received from your health fund.
- Parents/Guardians must bring their health insurance card with them on your day of the child’s appointment.
- No Gap Kids offer does not include Orthodontics, Orthopaedic or Major dental treatments
No Gap Mouthguards – all patients and health funds
- No Gap Mouthguards applies to all patients that are covered by private health insurance – regardless of fund.
- No Gap means that there will be no additional balance of payment after any health insurance benefit is received from your health fund.
- No Gap mouthguard is limited to one per person per calendar year. However, your health fund may entitle you to additional services including another mouthguard.

- There may be additional fees & charges above the No GAP mouthguard including additional thickness of the mouthguard, name printing, marble or multicolour mouthguards, credit card & merchant fees.
- Typically a mouthguard impression appointments takes around 10-15 mins and a Mouthguards take around 2 weeks to produce but can sometimes be quicker depending on the sporting season, volume and capacity from our suppliers.
- No GAP covers Alginate impressions only. Digital scanning is charged at an additional $50.00 fee to cover the digital impression, licensing, electronic storage & 3D printing costs
- Typically we charge item codes 013, 151, 071’s at your impression appointment
No Gap Whitening Kit Offer
- Patients who make a booking for a dental exam/check-up and clean will receive custom made whitening trays plus a whitening kit with No Gap payment required.
- This offer is open to patients with Health Insurance with Dental Cover
- No Gap means that there will be no additional balance of payment after any health insurance benefit is received from your health fund.
- You must bring your health insurance card with you on your day of appointment.
- Patients must be deemed as dentally fit by our dentists to receive any whitening treatments. In certain circumstances this may require additional treatment or investigation including x-rays.
- Existing Patients – existing patients can claim this offer, however, this will not include new whitening trays if the same promotion has been claimed in under 24 months. If new trays are required with the 24 month period, then a GAP payment for trays will apply.
50% Off In-Chair Whitening
- To be eligible for this offer patients must have a dental check-up and clean. After the check-up our dentists must deem the patient dentally fit for the treatment.
- Offer validity dates listed on the promotion page.
- Patients must be deemed as dentally fit by our dentists to receive any whitening treatments. In certain circumstances this may require additional treatment or investigation including x-rays.
Cancellation Policy
Dental Esthetique may apply a $50.00 cancellation fee for missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Deposit may also be required for future bookings.
Skin Care Treatments
GENERAL
- In most cases, patients will need to attend a skin/cosmetic consult and provide a complete medical history. Patients will be deem suitable by the qualified Dental Esthetique team member/s before receiving treatment.
- All surgical & cosmetic procedures carry risks. Before proceeding, you may consider seeking a second opinion and/or consult your GP or appropriately qualified health practitioner.
- Some treatment can cause minor & temporary swelling or bleeding post treatment. All patients will be provided post treatment information prior to commencement and will be provided written or electronic information sheets.
- Patients must advise the Dental Esthetique team with any changes to their medical history, post treatment concerns or questions relating to treatment at all times.
CONTRA-INDICATIONS TO USE OF WRINKLE RELAXERS
- Neuromuscular conditions or autoimmune conditions (such as Eaton Lambert Syndrome, Multiple Sclerosis and Myasthenia Gravis).
- During pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Current or recent use of SPECTINOMYCIN or AMINOGLYCASIDE antibiotics (such as clindamycin, gentomycin, streptomycin) or medicines that interfere with neuromuscular transmission such as Tubocurarine type muscle relaxants.
- Infection at the site of injection (such as active psoriasis or herpes until cleared)
- Known hypersensitivity to Botulinim Toxin A or constituents
CONTRA-INDICATIONS TO USE OF DERMAL FILLERS
- Previous history of severe gram positive bacterial infections
- During pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Infection at the site of injection
- Known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid or constituents.

- All financing and payment options must be discussed and agreed to by the patient, practitioner and the practice during treatment planning and before any treatment commences &/or is finished.
